I rang the receptionist at Ogawa vet Meg.

Meg put me on hold and spoke to Kumiko 

 

Their supplier is ECS the recently changed suppliers and Kumiko is happy for us to use our own supplier .

 

I told Meg to let Kumiko know that we have seen improvement in all areas of concern with Chanel and that I would pass on this information to you and leave it to you to discuss with Kumiko. Apparently her emails go directly to her. Unlike the Rowville vets or a number of vets actually.
